Ingredients

  • 4 White Wraps
  • Sour Cream
  • 75g Soy Mince
  • 1tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1.5tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • American Cheese (1-2 slices per wrap)
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Red Onion

Directions

  1. Soak 75g Soy Mince in boiling water in a bowl. Shred some lettuce, tomoato & red onion while you wait.
  2. Preheat a frying pan with some oil. Once the mince is ready, add 1tsp Cumin, ½ tsp Chilli Powder, ½ tsp Garlic Powder & ½ tsp Salt to it and mix well.
  3. Fry the mince for about 3-4 minutes. Add 1.5tbsp BBQ Sauce to the mince and fry for 2 more minutes. Move to a bowl and rinse the pan.
  4. Time to assemble the wraps! It goes wrap > sour cream > 2 scoops of mince > 1-2 slices of cheese > a handful of crushed chips > lettuce > tomato > red onion > wrap top. Refer to Chloe’s awesome recipe page here for detailed folding instructions!
  5. Heat on a medium heat pan until browned on both sides, starting with the “open” side.
  6. Eat with lost of hot sauce!
