4 White WrapsSour Cream75g Soy Mince1tsp Cumin½ tsp Chilli Powder½ tsp Garlic Powder½ tsp Salt1.5tbsp BBQ SauceAmerican Cheese (1-2 slices per wrap)Tortilla ChipsLettuceTomatoRed Onion
Directions
- Soak 75g Soy Mince in boiling water in a bowl. Shred some lettuce, tomoato & red onion while you wait.
- Preheat a frying pan with some oil. Once the mince is ready, add 1tsp Cumin, ½ tsp Chilli Powder, ½ tsp Garlic Powder & ½ tsp Salt to it and mix well.
- Fry the mince for about 3-4 minutes. Add 1.5tbsp BBQ Sauce to the mince and fry for 2 more minutes. Move to a bowl and rinse the pan.
- Time to assemble the wraps! It goes wrap > sour cream > 2 scoops of mince > 1-2 slices of cheese > a handful of crushed chips > lettuce > tomato > red onion > wrap top. Refer to Chloe’s awesome recipe page here for detailed folding instructions!
- Heat on a medium heat pan until browned on both sides, starting with the “open” side.
- Eat with lost of hot sauce!
